Yes. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable booking fee of RMXXX is required. A security deposit (refundable) of RMXXX is also collected upon check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided there is no damage or breach of house rules.
You may choose to rent individual rooms or the entire villa for full privacy and exclusive access to all facilities.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the booking fee). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. We do allow date changes depending on availability.
Yes. Guests will be charged for any damages to property, furnishings, or equipment. Misconduct such as loud noise beyond permitted hours or violation of house rules may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or early eviction.
Each room includes air-conditioning, clean linens, towels, and access to common areas such as the lobby and green spaces.
Yes, guests may use our kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, water dispenser, and electric kettle. Cooking utensils are not provided, so please bring your own.
Yes. A BBQ pit is available for rent and can be added to your booking as part of our event packages.
We offer ample parking — up to 8 vehicles, plus space for a bus and additional cars for event guests.
Yes. The space can host 250–300 guests throughout an event or 50 guests at any one time, perfect for weddings, birthdays, business events, and family days.
Yes. Our flexible indoor areas can be converted into a surau for congregational prayers upon request.
Currently, pets are not allowed at the premises.
